1. Agreement

By creating an account or placing an order on Kanyamico, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and small-batch production.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Kanyamico is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags and packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. To start a return, contact our support team before shipping anything back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kanyamico name, logo, designs, and all related graphics are the property of Kanyamico. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially reuse any designs, logos, or site content without written permission.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse site features, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kanyamico is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved under Rwandan jurisdiction.
